      Hi, Mary. We understand your frustration and want you to know we were not trying to be difficult. Once a week branches anticipate the amount of funds they are going to need to order from the cash vault broken down by denomination. To ensure they have enough funds for everyone, the branch may not be able to fulfill all the requests they receive. Keep in mind you can always call ahead and place an order for the amount of cash you will need. We appreciate your feedback regarding this experience. Thanks, ^Kortnee
