I have had to do a great deal of transfers online (as I am out of the country now) and never had trouble with BBVA. I have had multiple problems the majority of the times I have had to make money transfers and have been given false, incomplete or incorrect information by customer service on multiple occasions. I would never recommend this bank, but I am stuck with it until we return to the states.

They used to be BBVA, so there have been some bumps in the road with the new system. The times on their web site are not correct.

Bank changed terms of contract without my approval then charged me an overdraft fee for the charge that they added to my account. Was a customer for about a decade with BBVA Compass bank, then it was bought by this company. They deny debit charges and cause my bills not to get paid even when money is in account (leading to more fees and hassles with other companies). Staff is rude, wouldn't work with me to address small fees that were a clear breach of contract and then acted as if I was in the wrong. My family and I will be going back today to withdraw our total figure of about 50k and closing all family accounts with PNC. Don't go here.
