My coworkers shared good experiences with Wells Fargo and today I decided to open a bank account. I waited for a while to find out that I need an appointment. I know bank staff are busy, but while I was waiting three staff members were constantly talking and I guess not everyone here has the training to open an account for new members. I arrived early here becuase I have another commitments today. I guess I'm not opening a new account today. Very disappointed.

Go to another they are rude and not very friendly at all. ATM is always broke
SECOND REVIEW..... YOUR CLERK CALLED ADULT PROTECTION SERVICES ON ME FOR MY MOTHER THAT HAD A STROKE. I WAS TALKING TO THE CLERK WHEN I WAS IN THERE. NOT MY MOM. YOU FABRICATED A STORY THAT I WAS YELING AT MY MOM AND FORCED HERE TO TAKE MONEY OUT HER ACCOUNT. I BEEN WITH WELLS FARGO SINCE 2011 AND MOVED HERE IN 2017 THE BANKS HERE. ARE RUDE. THIS INE ONE WENT BEYOND WASTING MY MOTHERS TIME AND MINE. THEY ARE NOW WASTING STATE GOVERNMENT TIME. NOT COOL. MAYBE TELL THE TRUTH INSTEAD OF LIEING.
This is the 3rd and final review of this above conflict with Wells Fargo. They called and basically told me that I am wrong when I wasn't and said I was abusing my mom. The clerk behind the counter was being a real douche bag and the problem was with me and him he dragged my mom in it to cover his butt. you people are never going to admit your mistake cause you will lose business well you are now. In the end the clerk won and probably does this a lot to people liars and government resource wasters. and that day both ATMS was broke you lied about that too. Liars and more lies. I tore up your letter and then told my mother what you guys wrote she and others in my family are pissed.

At this point you are harssing my mother and me. I can not buy my mother things with out you guys locking her card and the fraud department calling this is beyond annoying and not cool what you guys are doing to my 72 year old mother that had a STROKE. To solve this we are going to get another card and if your trying to tell us to leave your bank without saying those words just say it. I will be seeking counsel on all of this and the employee or all that filed a bogus report .
