I don't come here as often as I used to. I do it all online. But when I do need to come here, they are very nice, but not always everything is going smooth.

Not recommendedWorst bank I have ever visited. Let me tell you my experience and why I felt its worst. I went to the bank for opening a new account and also for signup bonus associate with it. The bank employee checked the requirements and told that Im eligible for the promotion and gave an assurance that he will take care till I get the bonus. I have completed all the requirements and I didnt get the bonus yet. I have called around 20 times in a month and left voicemails but no response from them. At the end they finalized that I am not eligible for the promotion and I will not get the bonus and they told that I used to have an account (I had around 4 years back) and they didnt provide much details but all they said is Im not eligible for the promotion. At the time of opening the account they themselves told that they dont see any of my previous us bank account ( I have mentioned that I used to have an account and I have closed long time back and wanted to check if I am still eligible ) that makes me ineligible for the promotion but after spending ample amount of time and completing all the requirements I got this response that i wont get the bonus. I tried to reach out to the branch manager but he was rude and not at all helpful. They dont treat their customers properly.
