Yes, as a local community bank serving the local business and nonprofit community, we ask that our employees be local and onsite. Our motto of “Shop Local. Dine Local. Bank Local.” runs both ways. We ask for our community to support us with their business, and we in turn adamantly support them, which means hiring local talent. Secondly, as a small community bank, employees often wear a lot of hats. The Marketing Manager does manage our LinkedIn job posting for us and was assisting the hiring manager with organizing and responding to candidates.
