Jeremy Schachter is the man. He checks all the boxes for someone who will do what is necessary to put you in the best position possible. It was my first time getting approved and it was extremely fast and very informative. Being able to email him directly or upload files on the go makes it super fast to go through the process, and I learned so much about home loans along the way. I was really ignorant and uneducated about getting approved, and he was extremely patient with me figuring out how to get the correct documents and overall, I couldn’t have had a better experience. If there is one person and team I would recommend anyone to use it would be Jeremy Schachter with Fairway. Honest, Trustworthy, Dependable, and Astute. No reason to look for someone else.
