Apartments are invested with Roaches and Silverfish. Have had constant mold problems since moving in. AC has had the same ongoing issues for months. Staff hasn't been helpful towards any solutions to the problems I've had here. Would not recommend staying here.

Prior to the start of COVID- 19, I Did a tour of this apartment complex and was less than impressed. There were bird nests in the gazebo area with bird poop covering the floors, there was a hornets nest on the patio of the apartment I viewed, and the apartment itself was outdated. It had linoleum floors, old carpeting, outdated looking cabinets, and the countertops are just the run of the mill style. The shared community internet is most likely overwhelmed by all of its residents. When the lady who gave me the tour told me that the clubhouse could be reserved for private parties for $200, I about lost it. The clubhouse had stains all over the furniture and carpet. They call themselves luxury apartments without any luxurious amenities. To be a luxury apartment, the apartment buildings need to have secured entrances, granite countertops, wood floors, stainless steel appliances, amenities such as a resident office, a resident lounge, a spa, and or a game room. A modern day luxury apartment also focuses on energy efficiency. The thing that got me the most was the cost to live at Falcon Creek. The woman who gave me the tour showed me that most residents spend over $2,000 per month to live in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. I live in a modern day true luxury apartment and still pay a lot less than $2,000 a month with all of my expenses combined. Do yourself a favor and find a more affordable place to live. The below response related to prices from the owner is inaccurate. The 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment did cost more than $2000 per month to live in at the time I visited the property (2019). Nice try though.

Sascha is a wonderful rental associate. She gave me a professional tour of the property and, because of her hard work and honesty, I will complete an application for a unit. She is so engaging and interactive.....and that is refreshing to see. You got a long term tenant if I get approved. 5 stars for Sascha and the property.
