The first time I called to get info someone answered and was very nice. Two days later Ive called multiple times to check on my application no one is answering the phone. Very unprofessional especially since people are handing them their personal information. Glad I didnt send any money yet.

I turned in my application on May 25th and i asked the lady when she took my application did she want the application fee (i had a cashier check for 50.00 in their name), she tells me no and that it will come later with the admin fees. I thought that was odd because anytime you turn in a application you turn in the fee with it (they use it to run your background and credit check). Either the 31st of May or June 1st I called them and spoke to another lady and i said I havent heard anything back and she told that they did process my application it takes a few days and i said OK. At that point I already knew my stuff wasnt ran. I called on the 21st of June because i still havent heard anything from them and she tells me we have a lot of applicants and yours is next to run.......they had no intention on running it and bluntly lied because i told her that i was told it was already in the process of it being ran. They are unprofessional and cant be trusted. Im glad they never took my application fee because that would have been a waste of money. I told them to void my application.
