Abbington at Northampton Apartments

Couldn't recommend living in these apartments to anyone. Big roaches constantly even with pest control. Thin walls so you can hear your neighbors. Way over priced rent prices for what you're getting especially if you want anything less than one year. Crappy carpet installation which will start to come up from normal daily foot traffic. Paint that'll chip easily, and the list goes on. Also nothing will ever be done about noise complaints if you make them, they have to send a community assistant to "verify the noise" even if you have video proof. I think the times I've called for this I've seen the community assistant once and every other time nothing happened. So if your upstairs neighbors love stomping around or have people over who do I hope you enjoy the loud thudding sounds, or loud music etc. Only good thing about these apartments are the maintenance people, they get stuff done in a timely manner so props to them.

Ive lived here for two years and have enjoyed my time here. Its in a great location. Not too many issues. When I entered my apartment for the first time, I noticed the carpets were worn and stained. I let the leasing manager know and she was very apologetic. They put new carpet in the same day. Luckily, I wasnt moving in until the next day. During my first year here, I seen quite a few waterbugs inside and outside. I put a request in for pest control to come treat every single time I seen one inside. Now Ive only seen two or three over the last year or so. Maintenance staff always come the same day or next day after a maintenance request is entered. They always try their best to get the problem solved. The rent is super affordable. The neighborhood is usually pretty peaceful. I walk at night without fear. Most of my neighbors have been nice and keep to themselves. We have an assigned parking space and my car has gotten dented and scratched up because of one careless household. There was a time when I accidentally left my car doors unlocked and someone stole my sons bookbag. Fortunately, I didnt have anything valuable in the car. I decided not to renew for a 3rd year because I wanted a bigger, more modern place.

Their is a motion signal they have put on the pole facing our door they invented our private we don't like it they need to spy upstairs their is a lot of trafficking going in and out and it's make on sense people please don't waste your money

This place is the pits. Its hell. The leasing office is a joke. Dont move here!! Mice, roaches etc not worth it at all. Paint coming off walls, floors weak. Shame and they got the nerve to charge you all this money. I have a horror story but wont put it on here. Just a fair warning dont do it. They will lie and take your money. And dont think about having someone stay thats not on your lease they will terminate your lease because of that. Just go elsewhere. Weinstein properties is a joke. The ladies in the office are terrible. Dont believe both they say. And Shanece is a menace. Nasty attitude thinks she runs everything just a terrible mean person all the way

This place is super nice, not only the environment and living, but I have to give credit to the staff! The ladies in the office are the sweetest and always so helpful. Shanece is always my go to! They're professional but have such a nice vibe to them as well. I recommend it here!
