        Maintenance usually gets the job done. Nights are quiet. I dont really hear the neighbors. Kids friendly. Prices are a little high at the moment. I have had a couple of issues since I have been here. The parking is bad and they took the amenity away of having a reserved parking spot because people still park in the spot and there is no assigned towing currently. Also pay for pest control services and i have only had them come by three times in the year i have been here.
