    Blatantly lied to. I was told there was no waiting list before even applying. I take a tour, asked again about availability because I have to be moved from where I am in 3 weeks, I'm told there is availability in the next 3 weeks. I apply. Get a conditional approval to only 2 days later have my application placed back in a pending status and informed via email that the status has changed. I then call the office because atp it's been 2 days and no communication has been had between actual humans only to be told that all of a sudden there's a waiting list and someone will call me when they get to my name.... You're kidding me right?!

    Not a great place to raise a family. The police keep saying 822 Jonquil ln is empty and its not. Just because people are infected it doesnt mean they treat people any kind of way. If its empty why does it smell the way it do? Other people family are surrounded by this situation with kids. This is ridiculous very unprofessional.

    I applied for these apartments over a week ago. Received an approval the next day and was advised by email that someone would call me in 2 days. No one ever called. I sent emails, left voice messages and called so many times since receiving the email. No one will answer yet they post on their Facebook page everyday. The priorities are all messed up. So I have taken it upon my self to contact the district manager Janine Sweeney. I told her about all the terrible reviews on the office management on her & how they are basically losing money because the office is not following up with potential tenants as they should but would rather be active on social media instead.

    DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have been living here for 5 months and by far this has been the worse place I've stayed at. I cant even call this place home. It's not safe, neighbors are not respectful and a lot goes on in this area. I submitted an application in March whilst I was deployed and to my surprise, by the time I get back into the country in June, my application was in progress. The management office never answers their phones for any concerns and I had to physically visit the office on multiple occasions to inquire about my application. Once I was able to move in, I had so many maintenance issues. My washer didn't work initially and it took maintenance an entire month and a half to fix it. I left for vacation for two weeks and came back to my living room being flooded from a burst pipe in the kitchen sink that damaged a living room rug that Wilsondale promised to get cleaned. Well, that never happened. I never was notified about the bursted pipe while I was away and came home to a messy and smelly apartment. I have made so many complaints about my upstairs neighbor and the noise they make on a daily basis and nothing has changed here. I do not feel at home and this place doesn't deserve my money. I will not be renewing my lease here. The prices are decent but they're not worth the headache. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

    I just emailed the complex because it looked amazing online but after the reviews i am very concerned with the living conditions and Front Office Management. Do have a tour coming up and dont want to be duped into anyones lies. Need to hire professionals or will lose business for sure.
