        These are supposed to be townhomes now we have new rules we can't decorate our front porch nor can we have grills on the back but these are supposed to be townhomes I guess since the new head person took over they want a clean looking property but they allow dogs out here now and it's poop everywhere in the grass roach bugs water bugs all in people houses it's like they're trying to make these townhomes apartments "look" presentable but it's still the neighborhood and the area that its in I just don't recommend

        This place done went up a grip of money but we have no parks for the kids to play the pool have been down since I moved out here I have been putting in maintenance report about my smoke detectors since April it seems like all they're worried about is moving in new people and not taking care of their old tenants they don't answer the phone in the rent office you have to go in and the problem still stands and the emergency maintenance or after hour number does not work this is out of control 8 months later still no one checks on the tenant living in Asbury more concerned with moving new people in but I have to wait a month for maintenance order to be completed I don't get it
