Bay Creek Apartments

This is a horrible apartment complex I honesty want out of my lease its rats everywhere in my childrens clothes on top of the fridge I have been to the office serval times to let them know all they bring is sticky white traps no real help

Well I got denied do to nor enough rental history but I been at my place for 4 years now

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My family and I moved here in June and since then it's been issues from finding holes in our apartment, to roaches and rodents, to our fridge not working properly, plumbing issues and more. Office will say they put a ticket in for maintenance but no one ever comes until you keep calling and harass them with demand letters to fix things and even then they act like we are bothering them to do THEIR JOB. The only one who use to get our issues addressed right away was Jospeh but he is no longer with them and now you'll be waiting from weeks to months to get things fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I hate it the renal office. Be trying to say u havent paid rent when u did. Or put in your rent payments in a week later
