        The Hood. Not safe. Dirty grounds. Laundry facility left unlocked and neighbors use the facility at night to use drugs. Water bugs. Crack heads screaming throughout the day looking for drugs who are residents. Apartment buildings smell like cigarettes. Maintenance staff sleep in car during day instead of servicing request. Dont move here! Unsafe! I dont like the one way in and out parking lot. Kids play outside unsupervised.Raccoons at the dumpsters at night.

        My family and I have lived here two years now, just resigned our lease for another year! After Mrs.Cindy Robinson took over the property she has gotten things rolling with making the complex even more beautiful! Fast response time with any maintenance issues, even for emergencys! Communication is excellent in every way! Amazing notice on when the pest control are coming to do the every other month treatment in our buildings! Have not had any pest issue since we moved in! Love the updated laundry facility! We are super blessed to have the opportunity to stay in this sweet little complex another year!
