I stayed at this apartment 5 years ago while I was a student. I've been trying to get a new apartment now and have been getting multiple applications denied because Hampton Harbor put that I owe them a balance on my rental credit report. Before I left that apartment I paid everything so for them to say I owe them money is crazy. The same situation happened to my close friend so I wasn't surprised when it happened to me. Hampton harbor apartment is known for not answering the phone and she traveled across the country to go to the leasing office just to find out they weren't open. I only had luck with them once and they answered the phone and told me that was a couple years back so they don't have any of the information anymore but would try to look into the situation. It's been 4 weeks now and I try calling everyday and it just goes to voicemail or rings then goes to voicemail. This is horrible customer service and I hate that an apartment I stayed in during my college years is inaccurately putting information on my credit report. It's even worst because they can't even communicate. I hated this place back then and I hate it now.

Landlord is the best Ive ever seen.Clean and very quiet Complex. Maintenance always keeping things clean 24 hrs 7hrs a day.
I truly thank God for Hampton harbor apartments is really a great black to live

When I lived here the apartments were outdated. No matter how clean we kept the apartment there was big water bugs along with other bugs always popping up. The office staff was always rude and even worse at communication. Shanitia(RIP) did not communicate at all. She did not let me know until after I contacted her that my lease was not up for renewal. And that happened to be a couple of weeks before my lease was up. Ebony wasnt any better. The attitudes in the office make you not want to deal with them in any way. They went up in price and are not worth it. They dont offer anything besides a new Starbucks that is being built besides the complex.
