Do not recommend these townhomes at all!! Had the worst experience just TRYING to get a place and was given the most exhausting run around the entire time. The management does not follow through with their word and will try to scam you out of your money! Had to contact corporate multiple times just to get my deposit back and that's not including me having to reach out about multiple units falling through and having a unit vandalized on the day I was supposed to move in! Do not waste your time or money.

I have been living here a year this month. The management was just changing when I moved in and about 6 months ago management has changed again. Which I heard before changes often. Unless its your last resort as it was mine look elsewhere. This is the worst complex and management Ive ever leased under. The communication is pretty much nonexistent. Maintenance will walk right pass glass in the parking lot. Big infested and mice issues. They dont answer or return calls.

Updated Review!!! Original review posted in October 2023 "The management company has done every due diligence and beyond for the needs of this community and its units. Happy to call this place, Home!" Final and overall experience This was a review I did before the mess hit the fan. The office manager set an appointment on the same day I wrote the above review to renew my lease. I showed up for my appointment on October 31st at 5pm. Didn't provide the lease and lied. Since October 31, this property fabricated stories, violated the Act, manipulated account records, and just all around committed bad business. I was happy to call this place home. Yet, when a business lies in court in order to cover up unethical and fraudulent behavior, is down right inhumane. I really don't know how these people haven't been stopped. The apartment was good for $1290 for a three bedroom. Then to go up to $1540 is ridiculous when the foundation is shifting, mold coming from the water faucets, rodents, non working appliances, nail pops, no outlets in the bathrooms and hallways, no bars to hang clothes in closets and the doors fall off. I moved in December 2022. I went to go turn on my ac in April and it didn't work. Didn't get fixed till June. Water from the shower flooded my kitchen for a week. I would have been still happy there. It's not where you call home but what makes a home. It was a place for my children and I. Yes, they did make a great first impression after taking over. I got along with management very well. I was shocked by the office and regional managers behavior. To cover up a potential wrongful exclusion due to calling the cops, they lied and stated an attempt to throw dirty diapers at them. I have teenagers. REALLY. I asked for a copy of my application. They told me five different stories. Violation. Then they banned me from the office when I professionally requested the documents. Weird. They told me one thing and did another. I did everything I was supposed to do as far as paperwork and communication. If they did it to me, they will do it to you. Maintenance is great. One fixed my ac all by himself. Other than that, don't let the smiles fool you. Right is right, wrong is wrong.
