i loved the way that adrienne took her time with me with explaining a lot of things to me. she has real good customer service, in my eyes she is one of these best leasing/property managers i have ever met. SO GLAD TO HAVE ADRIENNE BACK!

I love it here, thanks to the new office staff things have been going smoothly. I really appreciate Adrienne she has help me tremendously and she is always so nice. I recommend if you interested in leasing here go see her. They responded to my inquiry fast and I love my new place!!

I am writing to share my experience at Mercury West Apts. I love my Apt. It was spotless the day Ioved in. Maintenance. Supervisior, Carlos, and his team are trained and skilled workers, always ready to help lf needed. The Managers are outstanding. Shamane, is a high skilled Manager. She is never too busy to listen to your tenant concerns. She's proactive, a multi-tasker and has the ability to GET THINGS DONE! Yadi and Shamane, are a pleasure to work with.

On the second day of me living in this apartment, my bathroom ceiling leaked to the point it caved in. Impressive enough the maintenance workers were able to repair it in the same day though, but this is the only positive thing I can mention. Ac was broken all throughout warmer seasons. Neighbors loitering the parking lot un-welcomingly clutched firearms at my visitors. Someone was shot @ the laundry facility that was connected to my apartment. When preparing to leave the leasing office lost my lease termination letter & ignored their own policies within their lease agreement & tried to have us pay for an extra 2 months of rent. The apartment manager only retracted until my room mates parents showed up to confront her. Would not recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a safe place to live. Also the employees leave google reviews to offset the negative ones so do with that information what you will.
