    It's awful here. I asked to be placed in an apartment around 1100 to 1200 a month. I was placed in a $1300 apartment. You pay so much for so little. My apartment had many damages, but I needed a place to stay as my family and I were homeless. They won't fix anything. You put in maintenance requests and they'll ignore them until you complain to death or threaten to withhold rent. I was without heat for 4 months with a minor inside of the house. The battle I went through to even get my heat working again was infuriating. You pay for everything. Literally. Every utility and laundry you even pay for. Laundry room smells like weed constantly. Your rent may be 1200-1300, but when it's time to pay, it's way more because of sewer and water charges. So realistically paying up to 1500. They'll be quick to evict if you're late by even a few days. You can't pay with a money order so you have to pay online WHICH HAS RIDICULOUS FEES. $50 fee to pay $1300 online. 2025 I pray I can leave this place. I'm only staying because of my child and his education matters and I like the school. Oh, they do nothing about noise complaints 2 in the morning from neighbors. There's nothing for the kids to do so I have to take my son to his school to go to the playground which luckily, is in the neighborhood. STAY FAR AWAY. Leasing agent that got me into the apartment left not even a month of me being here. Some SERIOUS RED FLAGS.

    DO NOT MOVE HERE ! I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE HERE ! If I could give this place ZERO stars & I mean, ZERO stars I would! UNLESS you want to live in a roach infested home, I urge you to find a place elsewhere to call home. Since day one of moving in this unit Ive had pest issues, smoke smell in my unit, and loud arguing couples as neighbors (whom Ive had to call the police on for after hours). The walls are extremely thin & you can hear everything. Ive made multiple complaints to no avail. HOW do you not have a key to get inside my unit for maintenance & pest control?!? The most inconvenient crap ever. Starting a new employment on this side of town, my plan was to live here until I was ready to purchase a home. However, the issues Ive been experiencing has made me want to break my lease. Of course, with that I face all these penalty fees despite not wanting to leave on my own terms. Neither did they care that the smoke smell was progressively making my asthma worse and putting my unborn child at risk. I pay a pest extermination fee every single month. Not once have anyone been over to my unit to exterminate anything truly unfair to me if you ask, as I work hard for my money. My rent is ALWAYS paid before the due date and utilities are always paid on time! I dont give anyone issues about anything, but the simple things I ask of, cant be done. This place has no longer been a home to me as roaches have literally taken over my apartment. I cannot wait for my lease to be up because I will NOT be renewing.

    Ive been staying out tidemill apartments for 2 years now and Im so disappointed I had an issue with another tenant threatening to fight me and shoot me and nobody ever contacted me to address my concern I put in work order for my washer being off track which prevented me to be able do laundry took them 2 months to come out and finally fix it then on top of that maintenance team stole a $20 cup from my kitchen and that wont even addressed just said they will change my locks if you looking for a secured safe place to stay please look other places I cannot wait until my lease is up Im so unhappy here I pay too much money for these issues.
