If I could give no stars I would. I applied and they called and told me I was approved and would send welcome letter. Letter was never sent. I had already scheduled a tour for Saturday a week in advance and I show up and there is no one in the leasing office. Package sitting in front of the door and on the side of the office broken bottles of glass that i almost was injured on. I call on a Monday telling them I just want to cancel my application at this point and they said they would mail my money back. I called again today because its going on 2 weeks and then I am told it will take 35-45 days for me to get my admin fee and deposit back. Im furious. It should not take that long to get my money back especially with the treatment I received. If they had a conscience I should have a full refund.

They gave me the run around before I moved inthey call their self doing the parking lot over but took away ppl number now I have to walk across the street because its Neva no park when I stay in a townhouse so we should be entitled to our own parking space.i get up at 5 am with my kids I should not have to walk as far as I do to get to my carthey need to bring the numoback cause Levi came out here and started a lot of confusion

Things have gone downhill substantially since Levco took over.
Dumpsters are left overflowing or blocked off because residents dump furniture and its not maintenances job, they cant hold onto a maintenance team to save their souls so frequently there are unknown men without uniform shirts driving the carts around the neighborhood, the phones are ringing off the hook at all times when the leasing office is open so your best bet is going in person and waiting 10-20 minutes to talk to someone, and they do things like re-pave the neighborhood for appearances sake and yet people are still without AC or with garbage left in their backyards from previous tenants.
For a 2 bedroom apartment, anything less than a 13 month lease costs over 2K.
Police have been called for children pulling guns on people (unknown if a BB or a real firearm), and a few months back I witnessed an armed and armored tactical team literally blow in the back door of a residence. When walking through the neighborhood you will always smell someone smoking pot. Always. The perceived niceness of the neighborhood has spiraled, and it shows in the tenants found here.
I was happy to give Levco a 3 month grace period to get things in hand when they took over from Weinstein. Heck, I was ready to give them 6 months. But its been a year now and things have only gone downhill.
Edit: Just learned that my neighbors renting the exact same layout and size space are paying $400 less than I am. Theyve only been here a few months, versus Ive been here 2 years, which means Ive been here since Weinstein owned the property. Levco is actively punishing those of us who have lived here since Weinstein and its an absolute scum lord move.

I would like to take a moment to commend Darnell, the new Maintenance Manager at the Cambridge apartment complex, for his exceptional service in addressing a recent maintenance issue in unit 24.
When a water leak occurred in our unit, Darnell promptly assessed the situation and took the time to thoroughly explain the steps the company was taking to resolve the issue. His clear communication and proactive approach immediately put us at ease during a potentially stressful situation.
Throughout the entire process, Darnell remained readily available to address any further questions or concerns we had, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction.
Darnell's exemplary conduct and commitment to quality service make him a valuable asset to the maintenance team, and I believe he sets a positive example for others in the field.
