It is clear that the 5 star reviews are all just so employees get bonuses. The dryer in our unit was broken for 2 months. The was a leak in the unit above causing water to pour through the ceiling. The water damage was never adequately repaired. They only added plaster over the top of the water damage. The apartments are extremely load being so close to the highway. They are terrible to work with. The front gate is always broken.

Leasing office ignores calls and they will not call you back. The maintenance is poor or altogether absent. We had our water heater leak and flood the apartment 9 times in the two years we lived there, and that was the only service request they followed up on. Never replaced the faulty unit, ust patched the leak and let it flood the apartment again every few months. Dishwasher was also broken for over a month before they fixed it. My roommate had the toilet of the upstairs unit flood through the ceiling down into their room. We also had mice and cockroaches on a regular basis and there was one dumpster for the entire division about a quarter mile walk from our door. It was a weekly occasion to go to the dumpster and see the stairs to the dumpster blocked by dozens of garbage bags. The only way to dispose of trash when it happened was to add to the pile. Due to the access problems as well as the distance to the only dumpster, many people left garbage bags outside their doors and it attracted roaches outside our door. Broken glass, discarded furniture and littering our walkway all the time too. The access gate was broken the entire time we lived there, cars would be stuck trying to use the keypad or be forced to drive in through the exit point. The pedestrian gate did not work either, broken the entire time we lived there too just like everything else. The leasing office is huge and richly decorated, and there is a huge beautiful fountains outside of the office but none of the money is being spent to maintain the rented properties. Don't trust positive reviews, they were either from before the current management or probably bought.
