Such an awesome expirence working with KEV Property Management! Very friendly staff and responsive. They provided simple and detailed instructions and addressed any questions and concerns I had. New to the area, and they helped me seamlessly with my transition over. Provided me with options and sure did find what I was looking for. The renovations on the units are looking great. Very spacious for everyday living. Military friendly and very close to the base!

On June 11th my AC went out, on that night I requested maintenance and asked them if they can fix it. It took me HOURS to get in touch with somebody to fix my air, and today at 4:39 and its still not fixed and its 90 degrees outside and 90 in my apartment. Unacceptable.if I could give no stars I would. And the woman in the office said that the maintenance people are working on other projects as if being in a 90 degree house isnt an emergency!! I never had this issue with the previous owners.
