Chase Bank

The two people that seemed to work at this location were not only clueless after I told them I had dissolve my deceased mothers account, but oddly disrespectful and immature about the whole situation, I almost felt like I was in a movie where I was going to a caricature of a terrible bank. They filled the time with blank smiles and forced chit chat and I ended up not being able to get rid of the account. However later that day I went to my normal location and was able to do it in minutes. Everyone was so young and not knowledgeable it was like they were playing pretend bankers, any real banking situation that had to be addressed went completely over their heads. unless you are just going to this location to use the ATM machine, go somewhere else.

Worked security for 2 days at this location. This is the only bank I have ever been to that remembers it's customers and speaks to them on a first name basis. They helped several people who needed advice as well, if I need to open a new bank account I will be headed to chase at this location.

Of the large institutional banks I find Chase meets my needs. The team at the Tenney Rd. location is awesome, always upbeat and willing to help however they are able, expeditious and professional at all times. It's because of them I took the time to write this.

I cannot say enough great thing's about the service I receive from every person that works at this branch. Knowledgeable and Courteous every one of them. Thank you for everything that you do to make my banking experiences pleasant.
