    We have four accounts that were started with Columbia Bank and we were very happy with their in person service and their online banking was a seamless process, especially between 4 accounts. The only reason I am not giving 1 start is because the people at the bank are kind and try in earnest to be efficient. Unfortunately there are too many arduous processes and the online banking is the worst I have ever experienced. There has not been one time that I have enjoyed the online banking portal, and that is after the weeks it took to set up and access. If it wasn't such a pain to move banks I would've left by now. If they don't get their technology under control and create more streamlined processes for their overall protocol of managing security and making it more user friendly to work with my accounts, I will surely be moving within the year.

    They are two faced liars about their policies and the guy at the front counter is always slow and inept at his job and wore no name badge... they love charging overdrafts.

    Shutdown all three of my corporate accounts after I asked them to stop disrespecting. Had to ask twice abd the second tike they shut down all my accounts (with no notice) rather than simply instructing their employees that it isnt professional to ask clients to "be more respsponsible" and talk down to them when asked to print a lost debit card. This used to be a great bank as I have been a member for nearly three years but they have had a lot of turnover and the new crew is unprofessional lazy and entitled. Would not recomend. This is the bank where relationship in fact DO NOT matter.
