Went into this store with my daughter to look for a top / sweater. Upon entering the store, there were three associates that were together talking and laughing (not towards us as I was in ears distance while looking at items in a nearby rack.
Not at any time did any of the associates acknowledge my daughter or me while we were in the store. It was a little bit odd, but we continue to do what we needed to do, and upon leaving the store, they were two other customers that came in. They acknowledged them, chatted them up, and proceeded to help them with what they needed.
Im a big believer in customer service and this location lacked it completely. Ive learned from people I know that have had similar experiences but its important to not go by others experiences, take it for face value, move on, and try for yourself.
Overall its not a huge issue in the speck of this vast universe, however, if I could would give this location a negative rating.

Sales associates are top-notch, guy section a little thin compared to the girls , got exactly what I needed. Use the app as you do get a nice discount.

ALWAYS has what I am looking for. Walked in and was asked for assistance and pointed into the right direction. My last pair of pants from here lasted 6+years and made of great quality. I love that i can get my size in a short! Happy to come back for another pair!

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with my 12 year old son in choosing his back to school clothes.
