This store has they worst customer service. Once in a while I deal with an employee. That actually wants to be there, and do their job. the rest of the time theyre always very awkward, standoffish, and have a garbage attitude. Especially the new girl they have working the counter. Not sure what her name is. But I will going to Puyallup instead to avoid her.

I love American Eagle don't get me wrong. There clothes are amazing and good quality for sure. What made me give a three star was how uninviting most of the staff were. If i could give half stars i would honestly give them 2.5. Sometimes i have a problem with it and sometimes they are very nice. Usually don't put reviews but this experience made me very uncomfterbale. Long story short I was at the cashier and I may be wrong but I got the feeling all three of the staff were either talking bad about me or about someone else or something about the job or whatever it was it shouldn't of happened when a customer is around. It felt like I was in high-school if that makes sense. It made me not want to come back because of how uncomfterbale it made me feel. Long story short staff should be professional regardless of what job they have because it can affect customers coming back.
