        Curbside pickup is a joke. No one comes. Then when someone finally walks outside with your package in hand they take 5 steps, looks around and goes back inside. Complete waste of time.

        I rarely write reviews but had an experience yesterday that was worth one. I havent shopped at hollister in years but was on the hunt for a new pair of jeans. Shopping for jeans as a woman can be hard and discouraging. The sweetest associate, I wish I would have gotten her name (young, blonde/blueish hair, working 4/10 morning) really took to the time and went out of her way to find me jeans that made me feel amazing. She probably pulled close to 10 pairs for me until I found the right ones. I have left the mall in tears after jeans shopping before, and this girl really made my day and made me feel confident.
