image It was alright, I was in the dressing room with my daughter and the person who was attending the fitting room was banging on the door several times, once I acknowledged yes its taken he went around to the other doors and then came back and did the same thing. I put my foot on the door and once again said yes. He tried to unlock it I said uhh no!
When checking out I told one of the gals and she said oh Im sorry, almost like there wasnt anything she could do about it, I let it sit for 3-4 hours. Then called and spoke to the manager Rebecca (sp). I explained to her the situation - she said oh, sorry you had that experience they do have to knock loudly on the door and sometimes it hard to hear on the other side. I told her it could be triggering to some people and its not okay. My daughter is twelve and if she was in there by herself and that would have happen she could have easily freaked out.
I felt as if the situation was dismissed - so I told her I would write a review.
So heres my review
If you want to feel like the fitting room police are at your door banging it down to see if its empty while trying on clothes and trying to open it then I suggest you try it out. If you would like to change and try on clothes in peace buy and return if you can.
1/2 out of 5 stars if I could.

image I love American Eagle but the guy who helped me stunk so bad. He was helping me in the fitting room and the whole fitting room smelled like body odor. AND he was wearing a tank top. I understand its hot, but PLEASE shower and put deodorant on. Not everyone wants to shop in a smelly store.

image My dad bought me a sweatshirt in this store to offer it to me once back in France. One main issue, instead of M size what was written on the sticker on the sweat, I got an XL one, what was written inside the sweatshirt on the tag. Now, I have 1 sweatshirt too much oversized and not wearable that I can't return because the store in more than 10 000 km away. Not a thank

image This location profiles their customers. No greeting, no interaction going on at all besides checking up on my friends and I everywhere we moved in the store, which was like every 2 min. We were in there less than 10 min and got asked are you doing okay 5 times by an employee who moped around and seemed like she didnt even wanna be there. We didnt even end up buying anything cuz their in store selection is lame and I felt uncomfortable. Even the Aerie location sucks in this mall. Employees just recovering when theres barely anything to recover. This is why I shop online or at the AE Outlet Collection location only. AE DM get some real managers to run your Southcenter location please cuz all these employees arent good for your business.
