Tommy Bahama

Looked like a very nice store. We were the only customers in the store and it took about 10 minutes of walking around before we were greeted. Not impressed on the customer service that sells high priced items.

I went to shop in this store couple of weeks ago and the staff members seemed very unmotivated. They were hesitant to help me with my inquiries about providing different sizes (although no other customer was in the store). I spent a good amount of money but didn't feel welcome there and probably won't shop from them again.

The broad selection of merchandise and customer service were excellent - a real pleasurable shopping experience! Thank you for all you do to bring excellence to retail shopping. Tommy Bahama was my first choice EVERY year until this year when shopping at Dillards I bought 3 items Tommy Bahama would be ashamed to see his name on. I ordered them, trusting the name, and when the items came I was outraged that what was delivered was shockingly cheap dime store junk, made of Viscose advertised as Chambray. The cost to return them is all on me.

A beautiful store with a great selection of clothing for both men and women. The team were extremely helpful and friendly. They have everything you need for your vacation or staycation. Will be back again for sure.
