        A year or two ago I tried to buy a shirt off their website. The site was acting funny so I contacted customer service about it asking if the problem was on my end or theirs. In the emails I noticed that in the forwarded parts of the email the 2 employees were talking smack about me and my grammer. Absolutely the rudest behavior I've ever dealt with, especially when you're contacting a business telling them you wanna spend money on them. You lost a customer that day

        Hands down the best employees. I don't know who it is but the same guy always helps me and he's so great, makes it right when orders are off or fits wrong and has perfect suggestions. I love this store, the upper left club, and all the things! Keep it up guys!
