Target is stocked, clean and hiring. So glad to go back! Crew mentioned a very large shipment had arrived and it shows. Lots of new products, good sales 30 perct off and great experience for everyone including Target's very helpful Team. YAY! You might say a Total Eclipse. Much appreciated. Thanks!

I had a reason to interact with customer service at the Northpointe Target store, which did not involve a return. The staff was friendly, efficient and quickly took care of the issue. The way they dealt with my concern shows how they take care of their customers. Well done!

Generally a nice store. I dont go out often because my disability makes things away from home less than magical. The north Spokane Target is typically clean and not crowded when Im there like some of the other chains are. There is a good overall variety of everything, even food, but on a smaller scale than a superstore. The staff has always been friendly and helpful anytime Ive needed help finding something, and the checkers are also courteous and patient with a dash of humor when Im trying to figure out the ever changing electronic payment systems that play tap, insert, swipe swipe, double click, TRY AGAIN like its a game of musical chairs meets duck duck goose. The checkout lanes are usually crowded and there have never seemed to be enough real live checkers anytime Ive been there. When they have them, they stagger them front back front back, all together now. Im sure corporate thinks theres a reason, but that checkout setup is the reason that in 18 years of living 8 minutes away, Ive been to that store about 10 times. With all those empty lanes on the same row, they never open them side by side before opening the stands a few feet in front of them. It makes for quite a traffic jam and you can barely get through on a good day, add a walker, wheelchair, and several purchases, and its a real circus. Such a shame, because there are several food items that fit my familys dietary needs and budget that would have had me coming back quite often if it werent so restrictive to navigate through. Now the biggest problem we ran into was as soon as we got to the store. After our 2 hour road trip from the new house in nowheresville, we stopped in at the rest rooms right inside the front door. Some people reading have probably picked up on the foreshadowing and know exactly where Im going with this. My sister was ahead of me and tried to open the door in her little electric wheelchair. The door was too heavy and she got stuck I couldnt do anything from my walker since I couldnt even reach the door, much less push it open so she could keep going. Inside the bathroom is a short hall, the width of the door, so if you hold it open from the inside, you best be flatman so the chair can get by you and the door, forget the follow up in the walker, thats going to have to be round 2 of, let me get that door. Leaving the bathroom is an even bigger adventure though because you have to actually call someone on the outside to open the door for you. We happened to have our dad waiting for us by then, so he answered his phone and then opened the door from the outside and was able to stand to the side while holding it. No one else came in the whole time we were in there. Holy rusted metal Batman! Run on over to the Staples a few doors down and grab some Easy Buttons for goodness sakes! ;) I know this was a lot of complaining, which is why I tried to write a few positive comments in the beginning to explain the 4 stars. It really is a nice store, but I wanted to be more specific about the two things I see as overall negatives, in case anyone actually reads these.
