My boyfriend went in to return his phone and Im not even joking the employee named Ryan said I cant help you we cant do that. My boyfriend earlier in the day talked to someone on the tmobile website chat saying he could definitely do that. When presented to Ryan he started stuttering saying we misinterpreted it??? It was right there too?? Anyways we resolved a minor problem at the store and left. My boyfriend talked to a very nice man on the phone from Bellingham and he told us that the store definitely couldve taken it and they just didnt want to help. He went back to the same store and stayed on the phone with my boyfriend so he could have someone telling Ryan that they can definitely do it. #Ryansucks

Have to give a rave review to Jaz'Myne at this location, who helped me and my elderly parents switch over from AT&T and get new phones. She was knowledgable and very patient through lots of little hiccups in the process. I hate going into these types of situations because I feel like there is typically a lot of pushy sales pressure to upgrade and add-on every possible service, which just isn't how my parents roll. Jaz'Myne was not pushy at all and was just lovely to work with.

store manager was super helpful, he answered all my questions and was able to get me a very accurate estimate to the phone i ended up getting
