I am so flabbergasting at the service that I got here at T-MOBILE particularly at a young black female that works at this store. I was confused about something, and I spoke to myself saying I thought I had insurance The young black female sorry I do not know the name said "Sure" not thinking that I heard her. I was not going to entertain her "who probably does not like there job for whatever reason" by lashing out at them. I will never come back to this T-MOBILE again and I hope whoever reads this will think twice about coming here. I hope this young lady takes a look at herself and make some changes to the way she speaks to loyal customers.

Incredibly helpful and patient staff! I walked in at 5pm on a busy day and I witnessed every staff member in this location empathizing and patiently attending to their customers. When it was my turn Destiny gave me educated options to my account problem and helped me come up with solutions I had not thought of. She was professional and good natured and absolutely helped me feel seen and understood!

The old saying "It's not what you say but how you say it" certainly applies to the manager of this particular store. I paid over $100 through the T-Mobile website to upgrade my phone because my current phone is dying (the screen keeps going black) and I clicked the option to pick up in the store, the manager wouldn't let me have my new phone because my State ID isn't current, and he didn't care that I was in an emergency situation where I basically need a new phone now, today. He says "Just cancel the order and order it again to be sent to you" not understanding that those of us who live paycheck to paycheck just can't magically do that right away, he showed no empathy whatsoever and then got hostile, which got me to (verbally) get hostile back, since I had just got done with an incredibly grueling shift on the night shift where I work. Now, if he were kinder and more empathetic and tried to prove to me that his computer wouldn't let me scan my ID, and said what all GOOD customer service specialists should say ("I'm really sorry, I know you need the phone but the system won't let me give you the order") then I would have been fine. I would have been frustrated, but fine. Instead, he went with a rude, cold, hostile, condescending response that proved to me that his store only cares about sales and not their customers. Store owner, if you're reading this, please contact me, I've been with T-Mobile ten years and have never had this terrible of customer service before in my 42 years on this earth.
