        All my experiences at this Metro store have been good, Today i met with a Gentleman named Ace who works at the White Center location and he helped me replace my damaged phone ,He made my day and made the visit from just good to Totally Awesome!!! THANK YOU

        Horrible place. Really bad experience and the slurpee Indians who work there were very rude and acted like they were better than everyone else. They also lied about how much my monthly bill was and when asked about it they hit me with a bunch of drag and refused to address the issue. When my next payment is due I will not pay it. I'm gonna check out Boost mobile.
