Verizon

Went here about a month ago to pick up an online order that my dad placed for me. Super simple. While im there the dude working was super friendly and while i was waiting he told me verizon does FREE secondary eSIM numbers for spam callers that would save my dad $5 a month. As in my phone bill would decrease $5 just to have this second number. I made sure multiple times this was free and it was odd bc i was just there to pick up a box. He said yeah so I went through with it. Today i was charged $130 for my new secondary number. Pissed off I call customer service and they are baffled bc the secondary number was supposed to be added for $10 TOTAL a month so where is $130 coming from? All in all the customer service fixed and refunded me but they totally scammed me for commission. Def looking at T Mobile now lol

I'll write this review since I've been waiting for an hour and a half for service. Only a single employee in the store, getting service is a total crapshoot depending on who walks in before you do. I'm here to downgrade a plan, which Verizon blocks you from doing online or in the app. So here I am going into my second hour waiting to downgrade a phone plan that a non-technical friend of mine has been way overpaying for and the plan doesn't even work reliably. Employee at the store is great by the way, this critique is all of the company, not the employee. Recommendation to everyone is not to use Verizon, search on prepaid MVNO's instead. Anyone paying more than $25 a month for unlimited phone service is a sucker.
