Service before and after sales at this Ballard location are totally opposite. If you are looking for post sales care or ask a question, you will NOT get it from this location. If you get Stephen, leave!! He is the most terrible salesperson we ever seen. Very rude, he will also try to embarass you in front of other customer, especially if you are BIPOC. We will complain with the headquarter and take it all the way. This is so disrespectful.

Jahine was most helpful and kind during my visit to T-Mobile store on 15th St. tonight. I came in with a billing issue, created by customer service representative, who helped me over the phone few days ago (which was a horrible experience). He was very understanding, got on the phone with the customer service for me and took care of all the issues. Definitely made my life and experience with T-Mobile much better. Outstanding customer service from Jahine, incredibly grateful and wish there were more people out there with his attitude! Thank you so so much!!!
