        Absolute garbage store. They can't help customers, up-charge for everything, and make it very clear that their time is far more valuable than their customers (which I guess it is, because I certainly don't make six figures, which is apparently how much the manager makes for sitting in his office and not doing anything). As a former service industry worker, I understand the importance of breaks, and being paid well, and how hard it can be sometimes to deal with customers. But you also still have to do your job. That's kind of important too. Not even sure why these stores still exist, except to help convince people that Verizon is a terrible company.
