It was great as soon as you walk in they are willing and able to help you with anything you need with your phone I was happy to go in there I'm very happy walking out very good staff they are lucky to have them.

Ive been an AT&T customer for nearly 10 years. This was Absolutely the best customer service I had EVER! Frenequa-Fr first of all set up with the best promotions and offers tailored to me. Honestly she saved me over $40 a month in deals. She went above and beyond, even past her work hours helping me set up my new devices. Im so impressed. Charles the assistant manager was super helpful too. I am so grateful to dedicated kind people like Fr and Charles. A++++ five stars. Thank you so much

My experience at this store was dismal. Most of the associates are not well trained compared to other stores. I went to get my phone migrated to a personal plan and move from eSIM to Physical SIM. They wasted first 20 min by telling me that the issue was with the phone instead of the physical sim even after I told them a plenty of times it isn't. I spent more than 70 mins at the store over two days and my issues were still unresolved. When I went for the third time I forgot my ID and they refused to service me. I then went to the store on Pine and got my issue resolved within 10 mins and I was out of the store within 15 mins. Based on my experience it is due to the relative lack of training of associates at this branch. My recommendation: Skip this store and go-to nearby one on Pine - you will save time, energy, and actually get things resolved.
