        I worked here today with Alex. I made an appointment ahead of time and spoke with Alex about what my needs were. He worked quickly, as I was on a time-crunch, thoroughly explained the breakdown of what to expect in service, cost of my plan, devices, and the breakdown of promotions. I worked in management in wireless years ago and was very impressed with the way the management runs this store and the service I received from Alex. I highly recommend.

        We went to the alderwood location and wanted to activate 3 new lines. The associate that helped us was very pushy and was trying to pressure us in to paying around $2,200 for 3 phones. He tried to bully us into buying a watch we didn't need or want. When he went to the back to get the phones my family talked and we decided to walk out. We went to the location on 196th and paid less than $900 for 3 phones that are financed, 3 cases, and 2 new blocks for the charging cord. I would give the 2 associates at this location more than 5 stars if I could. We came away so happy and satisfied!!
