Absolutely gone down hill! This store used to be one of the best! Had an issue with a preorder and instead of trying to help the response I got was "So sad sucks to be you!" It seems like they do not care about the customer any more. I am complexly aghast to see how they are doing business! I would love to hear why they thought this was ok to say to a customer. If a preorder was screwed up you say you can not help. The other store called your bluff and even said it is obvious you do not want to help!

I wanted to say that this store has been the better place from all Gamestop stores, Ethan is who help me understand their policies, and see what he cluld do for me for the misunderstanding from other employees. I was told 1 year and a half ago that if I buy the insurance for my new items, I could use that credit to get anything from the store. On the other hand, it was not true and they just made me pay 25 dllrs for 2 years' warranty for one of my items (ps5 controller) , and 15 dllrs 1 year warranty for 2 items (ps5 wireless headset, and splatoon3 for N-Switch) Ethan spent more than 1 hour to see a solution, and all he could do was return money for my ps5 controller. I wanted to use the warranties for a Pro Controller. I ended up getting the same headset on another color and Mario Wonder for the switch to use the warranties. I gave 1 star because Gamestop should keep with their policies for the time taken. I don't believe it was a misunderstanding from the employee. I have been a Gamestop buyer since 2012, and this happened since they put the pro account add up to 25 dllrs, instead of 15 as it used to be. Although Ethan was the best employee they have had, the company sucks for what they have done. Corporate should have a better understanding of what people really needs or wants.
