He was knowledgeable and kind, offering me reasonable outcomes for my situation. His work was quick and thorough. I walked away incredibly grateful to have my computer back, and that the hit was only minor!

        Just look how many reviews with people who only reviewed once or twice these 5 star reviews are just FAKE. Let me show how fake this location is. Those I swear, its the most unprofessional location with literally ZERO KNOWLEDGE. i came in telling them the phone battery dies in an hour. They run some dump diagnostic they own and they say this is normal, I took my phone while HOT AND the diagnostic was finished about an hour ago and thesd people still tell me this is normal in a COLD RAINY AND SNOWY DAY. I have no idea if they understand what HOT or battery is being drained in an hour mean. First, They didn't even TRY TO OPEN MAPS and see how quickly the battery dies. They just said oh this is normal. The ONLY thing they know what to so is to repair your screen if its broken. Anything else go to a local shop its cheaper and better don't get fooled with their insurance scams they offer. Anyone on their mind set would tell you a battery replacement would require a software factory reset, delete all your data because they battery requires a factory reset. I don't know where you got their knowledge or skills they claim but they have no idea what their talking about other than blaming "oh its just ubreakifix" policy. So your policy is to screw people over got it!!! Also, I am reporting this location if not sue them for WRONG advertising and wrongfully contract with samsung that they can do same day repairs its even a sign in their store as samsung confirmed as well they must do it as part of their contract which is a breach if contract. Luckily i recorded the conversation as proof.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced during your recent visit to our Lynnwood service center. We understand that you were dissatisfied with the results of the diagnostic test performed on your device and unfortunately had to leave with no clear path to resolution to your battery drain issue. Our Samsung proprietary diagnostic software is designed to identify both hardware and software issues, to ensure accurate assessments of device performance and to give our engineers guidance with hardware failure. In your case, the test results indicated APP-related software issues contributing to the battery drain, which fall outside the scope of the Samsung one year hardware warranty coverage and does not allow for us to replace hardware that is not flagging as a failed. My understanding is that you were referred back to Samsung for additional support and that a copy of your quality control tests were provided, indicating the no fault found.While we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients, we regret if your expectations were not met on this occasion. We are saddened that you feel our feedback listed in our Google Business Profile is not genuine. Our staff works very hard to ensure every clients experience is 5 Star and we are not ashamed to request feedback to this end and having the integrity of this feedback questioned is upsetting to the staff here. Your concerns were escalated to our Samsung Territory Representative for further review.
