        I really appreciate the manager at this location. I think her name is Chris. She really knows her stuff and is willing to share her knowledge when it comes to resolving phone issues. Like my Note 10 randomly being unable to make or take phones calls. (Issue with network settings.) She also has immense patience when it comes to answering all the questions. It's nice to be able to go into a brick & mortar store and speak directly with someone.

        Great experience of buying a new phone. Chris was very friendly and helpful. Next time I need anything from the Cricket store, I would drive a few extra miles to this location. Hopefully, by that time the city will finish the roadworks chaos in the area.
