        I drove 20 min to get to Verizon store but they can help fix my problem, they put me on phone with customer service , I had better service at same store.

        I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who assisted me with upgrading my phone. He was very patient and listened to me to steer me in the right direction. He's one of the reasons I've been a VZW customer almost 26 years.
