        I haven’t been inside a mobile phone store in years because the lines were always so long. Even though it was a little bit of a wait, it wasn’t bad. Customer service was excellent. Jorge greeted us and let us know our position in line. When he helped us, he was knowledgeable about the products, had terrific interpersonal skills, and was very patient.
