    Today I finally decided to go into Verizon, and get a new iPhone. I was greeted nicely by Ben. He was super helpful without being over bearing. It was a very comfortable experience. I always dread going into places where people work on commission. They are always pushy, and honestly a little annoying. Not Ben though he was efficient, and even got us a better plan to make our bill a little cheaper. Thanks Ben for your excellent service today! this was the West Mercury location.

    I went to Verizon to get a new business line, and I had waited for over an hour for the man who handled the business accounts to say come back because he had a meeting to go to. Then I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that she was in a meeting also. It is very unprofessional considering that I have been with Verizon for years and currently have a total of 6 lines. I think I might have to switch carriers. Corporate should know what is going on in their stores. This is very disappointing from a company that I usually speak so highly of.

    I want to give a verizon store employee a super compliment and I hope this can get back to him and enable him an incentive. I had been dealing with an issue and had been contacting verizon customer service chat, and phone calls for over a week and still wasn't able to get it resolved. I went to my local company store 1813 west mercury Blvd hampton VA. The employee name is Elijah, he was able to correct my problem in 20 minutes, versus the hours I spent on customer service trying to get resolved. Kudos to this wonderful young man for his amazing demeanor, and attention to detail.

    Went into the store to resolve an issue where Verizon continued to charge me for a Play Plus subscription when I was no longer a customer AND they had disabled my account so that I could not log in to Play Plus and cancel it. The children that work at this store are more concerned with fiddling with the music playing on the overpriced audio products than they are assisting customers... Well, that is if you aren't buying a new phone or signing up for an overpriced Verizon plan. I was told I could only fix this through calling customer service. So I sat in the store for 20 minutes on hold to get someone in a call center to fix this, while watching these people sit around. I Don't recommend this store nor do I recommend Verizon.
