        Went in last week to trade in/upgrade my phone. Two employees were sitting there chatting and told me to wait for the other employee that was helping a customer. He finishes and comes over to help me. He tells me I am never up for an upgrade because the plan I have. I share a plan with my parents so I ask them to go to their local Verizon store and ask about it and that store says I am absolutely qualified for an upgrade! Two different stores give completely different answers!

        I went to the Verizon store in Fashion Center mall to activate a phone I purchased there and turn in my trade in phone. I asked the employee if he would assist with the phone activationhe said that would be $30. Ive been a loyal Verizon customer for 15+ years, Ive never received such bad customer service. Ill never set foot in that location again. No service after the sale of a $1300 cell phone
