        IMMEDIATE and OUTSTANDING SERVICE : Apparently, info. about previous poor customer service made it to the ears of Wells Fargo because I left another branch today where I could get NO service and tried this one and got IMMEDIATE and OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

        I needed to open a business account. I was told to come back next week cause they said they don't have time. While there were absolutely zero customers and the manager and his assistant were just chilling. This didn't just happened once. I have had several such experiences. Went to send a wire on Monday, they said the next available appointment is on Friday. This branch is very close to my house, but I sadly have to drive to the next closest branch for everything except for making deposits, which BTW I do through the ATM. This branch definitely need better management.
