I had an astonishingly superior experience in this branch this week that must be shared! Someone had opened several accounts in our businesses' names at Bank of America. I came in to get them closed. Even though I was not an actual customer, I was treated so politely and attentively. I was greeted when I came in and given a time line of what would happen. Quickly, I sat down with Whitney who worked through the steps and made sure all the accounts were closed and tagged for fraud.
This team is very knowledgeable and professional. They really handled my issues and made me feel confident in the resolution. Thank you to everyone who helped me!

The people at this branch are extremely wondeful and so nice and polite, from the time you walk into this bank you are greeted with love and respect, all of the people are really nice and any problem you have is very well taken care of and very self explanatory. i worked with whitney she's awesome, she helped me close out my dads account because he passed last september, she was extremely caring and respectful thru the whole process. i recommend this bank of america to anyone.

This Bank of America location is so well managed. The people and manager that was involved in my transaction was so professional. I truly advise this branch is where you go when you want to interact with people that care. I recently had a terrible transactional event at another branch near Villa Park area of Richmond. It was a pleasure to work with the team at this location.
