I think Wells Fargo is a best bank to deal with. I went into the Bedford, VA branch and it was such a positive experience All the employees and Manager went out of their way to help resolve a problem I was having. I want to thank all of them for resolving the problem and making my day turn out great!!

Darryn, helped me with my Estate account for my father. Not only is very good at his, job, he is very helpful and friendly. I went in 10/5/20. He helped me and answered my questions. I also had Candace, at the teller window cash my check, again super nice and friendly. I will tell my friends how good a Bank Wells Fargo is.

Horrible! Just got married. We were going to move all banking to his bank. ( Wells Fargo ) But that is NOT going to happen. Terrible customer service, have a drive thru they dont even use. Very inconvenient. You would think a bank as large as Wells Fargo would do a better job than this.

Shady Bank!!! I closed and had my name taken off of Wells Fargo accounts on 8/8/2017. Now a couple of weeks ago, (3Years Later) I find out there is a mark on my credit report and a very large balance owed on an account there. What a trash place. No call, no anything! ( I've had the same phone number for almost 30 years) Good luck if you ever do business with this place.
The investigator offered me $50.00 for being misinformed by the bank. I told him to keep it.

Wells Fargo checked into my situation once again after leaving the first part of this review, I received all of the records in the mail from the so called account of mine. The application for the credit card that appears to be signed electronically at the bank is clearly not my signature. All of this in front of the bank employee? The middle initial for my name is incorrect. The drivers license number listed for me is incorrect. None of the charges were mine.
In the letter that was sent with the paperwork they stated they are issuing a customer appreciation check in the amount of $275.00.
Why in the world would a bank that claims I owe them a lot of money want to give me a check???????
This is a real headache!
Terrible Bank
9/15/2020- Just found out today this FRAUD account that was opened at this branch was charged off last month! Now they just transfer me to collections when I call the bank!
I spoke to the manager of this branch about three weeks ago and he seemed genuinely concerned, so concerned that he never called back. This has been an awful experience! I have the copies of all of the forged documents! They truly do not care. Like I said, good luck if this Fraudulent Bank does this to you! If you happen to be an Identity Thief, this is your place to go. Fraud is okay here, I guess.
