They didnt open on time. Once I got in they were still setting up. They didnt get started helping people until 9:04. Kind of annoying.

You can not walk in to this location to have any kind of service because they only have one banker working! I dont know why they are in banking business?????????? So annoying wasting my time!

My experience on this location has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. From the moment I walked through their doors, I encountered abysmal customer service. The manager, whose attitude seemed more fitting for a prison warden than someone in a customer-facing role, was particularly unpleasant.
Her lack of courtesy and empathy made any interaction with the bank a taxing and unpleasant task. Not only did she lack basic customer service skills, but her heavy-handed and condescending demeanor left much to be desired. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I felt like an inconvenience interrupting her day.

Don't go to this branch unless you have a lot of time waste. It's slow and understaffed.
I want to add you my review. This branch guy even slower and has an new stupid remodel where they took out teller windows. Now only 2. Making even slower to get anything done.
