Wells Fargo Bank

I went in yesterday to open an estate account for my deceased relative. Conveniently, no one was available until the next day and said I should expect a call with instructions on what documents to bring. The next day, I never received a call. So, I brought what I assumed would be required. I got to the appointment and the person was still on their lunch break. Then, because no one reached out, I had to fill out something with the IRS in the middle of this Wells Fargo. On top of that, they are urging me to use personal funds to fund the estate account, which is the entire purpose of the separate account. In all, the customer service was absolutely awful, especially while grieving the loss of a loved one.

I've been trying to get a credit card statement for thebilling period 1/15/23 - 2/15/23 for the past two and a half weeks. Not available online and they have never sent me a paper copy by mail even though I have the option for both. It is now 3/12/23. Four calls to customer service during this time frame and I've been given false hope and no statement. Worst customer service experience I have received from a bank due to no results and my time wasted explaining my situation each time with no follow up from their end.

Disappointed with the customer service department. I have deposited a check 2 days ago and Wells Fargo is holding it due to recent account Activity? For a payroll check from my employer I have worked over a year for. The associate had no concern for my situation and was like yes basically die have a great day! Closing this account as soon as I get out of the HOLE Wells Fargo dug for me.
